The Holley Police Department is currently seeking candidates for the position of Part-Time Police Officer. Candidates must send a resume to Chief William F. Murphy, Holley Police Department, 8-10 Thomas St. Holley, New York  14470. Candidates must be:

  • members in good standing in their current law enforcement employment; or
  • certified as a Police Officer by NYS DCJS/BMP;
  • must be a United States citizen;
  • must be at least 21 years old;
  • must have a high school diploma or furnish evidence of successful completion of an examination indicating an equivalent achievement, e.g. a General Education Development (GED) test. Candidates with college preferred.

All candidates, prior to employment, must pass a comprehensive background investigation. Drug testing and medical screening will also be conducted prior to any offer employment.

At this time we are currently looking for applicants from Orleans County.
